Kim McGaw Kim McGaw, Chief Fun Officer, is an “outside the box” thinker that continuously finds new ways to reach people. Kim's novel ideas and keen understanding of group dynamics and how people learn have made her an invaluable asset to Fortune 500 companies, leading arts organizations, educational institutions and the entertainment industry. She excels at engaging people in memorable and powerful ways. Kim's enthusiasm and creativity also translate to the classroom. Her  "Thinking on Your Feet: Developing Creative Communication Skills" class at Rice University School of Continuing Studies sells out and has waiting lists. And her children's programs (formerly THE INVISIBLE BUS) have been voted "Top Picks" and "Best Fun" by the Houston media. Kim trained and performed at the conservatory at Second City and directed the training center at The Improv in Houston. She is a member of ASTD and a graduate of Northwestern University.
